This is an opportunity for a new licensee or newer agent to have the stability of weekly income, the incentive of commission based performance all while learning the habits, skills, and systems they'll need to become a highly productive buyers agent after 12 mos.


You will be responsible for learning sales scripts and dialogues, achieiving follow up goals for daily conversations, and communicating directly with agents on the team about their leads.


This is a minimum 12 mos committment in the ISA position. At the end of 12 mos you'll be equipped with the skills and systems necessary to be a full time Buyers Agent and should expect to earn over $100,000+ annually.

If you have a license then you are ahead of the game and we can start immediately.

Job Type: Hourly Rate + Commission


Pay: $40,000-$75,000 per year

You'll also have direct referral access to our team members in the Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Greenville/Spartanburg, Columbia SC. and Wilmington, NC. Markets
