We are looking for motivated, competitive high performers who are persuasive, outgoing, and people-persons. Must be great on the phone! -

Your role includes relationship building, cold calling, follow-up through emails, product demonstrations, and creating strategies to generate interest. We want you to take your customer service skills to the next level!

Compensation is a combination of salary and bonuses.

--- Answer inbound calls from prospective buyers/sellers
--- Perform follow-up calls in a timely manner -
--- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
--- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline - provided by the company
--- Developing business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team of expert Agents
--- Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market
--- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
--- Learn and apply vital leadership skillsets in a team environment
--- Participate in regular training and education requirements
