Lead with process improvement andimplementation to ensure quality performance and enhanced quality of life forMcKee associates, homeowners, customers, and trade partners. As a McKee teammember, the New Home Sales Consultant exclusively sells and promotes McKeeHomes by staffing model homes, following up on leads and contributing to the entiresales process. They coordinate the home buying experience for McKee Homes'customers, delivering an incredible and unique customer service. Essential FunctionsDemonstrate model home, community, area, and builder storyPrepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasersKeep buyer updated as to construction start and completion dates and remain actively involved in the sales process through closingCommunicate properly, to the appropriate departments, any customer requests for information or serviceComplete weekly traffic and other reports as necessaryUpdate CRM and other systems with pertinent information

This role is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions atconstruction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can beloud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Friday through Tuesdayaccording to current model home hours.TravelSome travel is expected for this position as required.Required Education or ExperienceMinimum High School Diploma or equivalent / Bachelor's Degree preferredValid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position Previous sales experience preferredPI192430780
