is on the hunt for a full-time Sales Representative / Home Install
& Performance Salesman. This position is directly responsible for
the installation and selling of Solatube daylighting products &
Solar Star Attic Fans. We are looking for someone who is
self-motivated, dedicated to providing stellar customer care, and
ready to develop his/her outside sales skills! Are you looking to

Salesman opportunity!Our Home Performance and Install Salesmen
participate in a paid-training and then can expect to earn a salary
plus commission with the goal of earning a fully commission-based
pay. This dynamic role has an earning potential of $80,000 -
$100,000 the first year and $100,000 - $150,000 the next year. You
will enjoy earning bonuses and incentives, and appreciate having
benefits that include medical, dental, and vision through Aflac
after 90 days, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, paid vacations after
one year, and an excellent company culture. This full-time Sales
Representative position generally works Monday - Friday, but some
availability for Saturday appointments is required to accommodate

this Home Performance & Install Salesman role, you begin every day
looking forward to meeting new people to offer them the best
possible solutions for their home efficiency needs! You are timely,
maintaining a 2-mile radius of our headquarters in Myrtle Beach to
ensure you are never late and no client is ever waiting on you.
Once arriving, you genuinely listen to customers as they share with
you their concerns and desires for their home. You then perform a
full home audit and offer appropriate energy retrofit, attic &
crawlspace encapsulation, and solar system solutions. You
communicate clearly and ensure that clients are knowledgeable and
understand the solution benefits. You close the sale and clearly
explain all financing options. You promptly submit a detailed job
proposal that includes the photos, instructions, required
inventory, customer's accomplish list, pricing list, and total
price for the job.As an installer and salesman, you are one who is
motivated by success and are excited to sell products you would use
yourself. You maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and
carefully track customers and prospects in our customer
relationship management (CRM) software. Goal-driven, you attend all
sales training--including role play with the other team members and
consultations with the sales manager. To stay on top of your game
and grow in your knowledge, you regularly attend building science
sessions, trade shows, and conduct home energy seminars to develop
leads. As a result, you are very successful in this position! This
role allows you to actively participate in the development of your
community and at the end of the day, you feel accomplished and
motivated to help more people find their home efficiency
