The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. There are 3 unique positions available on the PVSI Contact Center Control Team. All three roles: 1) Service Delivery Resources and Planning 2) Resource Management 3) Resource Analytics will require a similar skill set focusing on their respective area within the Contact Centers. Each position is responsible for driving the execution and monitoring of front line risk and control programs for Contact Center specific control solutions, control processes and products. Accountable for ensuring the identification of risks and the development of controls to mitigate the risks within the processes in the Contact Center. Works with complex business units and provides operational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with high risk. Works across the Contact Center business units to provide risk expertise on projects, initiatives, regulatory matters and works to ensure adherence to enterprise requirements. Proactive assessment and documentation of the business process risks, controls and any associated control gaps related to all non-financial risk including compliance, operational, model, reputational, and strategic. Reports findings and develops business cases to influence senior management on the need for controls to mitigate risk. Consults with the business in the development of corrective action plans to ensure the appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place and effective change management Performs validation to ensure the Contact Center has demonstrated the completeness of corrective actions/validations with appropriate evidence Partner with the Contact Center, PVSI Control Risk Aligned and Support Teams to develop and execute on initiatives and targeted reviews e.g. Self-Assurance Activities, Policy implementation to provide insight into the risks, controls, gaps and trends which present opportunities to manage risk Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interact with all levels of an organization Other Desired Qualifications Contact Center experience (including the products, operations, processes, customer interactions and where the manifest risk) and strong knowledge of the overall financial services industry and regulatory environment 3+ years of direct operational risk experience managing processes and risk Process transformation experience preferably in an operational risk environment Experience building new operational processes and controls Collaborative professional skills that advance a collegial and partnered approach to meeting objectives. Freely shares knowledge, information and learning with others. Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management. Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities. Proven track record of prioritization and follow-up skills, and the ability to meet deadlines with quality deliverables. Intellectual curiosity with proven ability to learn quickly through others as well as to conduct their own research and analysis. Strong meeting facilitation skills particularly for meetings with participants who are participating by phone and via screen sharing.
