Partner Analyst - Wilmington

SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Partner Researcher and
Liaison is to support the execution and management of tactical
functions within pre-defined strategies that Business Intelligence
with Sales and Marketing to deploy. Daily data and information
capture, consumption, and summation, will lead to relevant internal
weekly and monthly reporting. Responsible for maintaining
company-wide repository of data and information, related to
CastleBranch Partners. Responsible for identifying gaps of
information and researching as necessary to create a full and
complete picture, usable by all internal parties, including but not
limited to contracts. Responsible for the creation and execution of
plans to ensure that there is a clear direction and path for action
to provide our Partners support needed for mutual success.
Responsible for bridging execution, partnership, research,
information and learnings across every internal department. Must
uphold the mission and values established by CastleBranch. When
proficient, responsible for the creation of strategic
recommendations to be executed by areas of the business identified
to be critical for success.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate each duty and responsibility with excellence
including, but not limited to: attention to detail, organizational
skills, verbal and written communication skills (internally and
externally), timeliness of work relative to deadlines.
- Collaborate in a team environment to fulfill role mandate and
achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
- Work independently to ensure that all responsibilities of role
are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Professionally represents the company and its values to clients
(internal and external) at all times.
- Seeks to understand each area of opportunity related to our
keystone accounts, researching to fill in gaps on an as needed
basis, using all information to help successfully bring on board
and retain these key accounts.
- Responsible for documenting and identifying all (existing and
new) information related to keystone accounts.
- Provides accurate and thorough, weekly internal reports of
learnings and relevant information.
- Flexibility to work hours that span our internal team business
hours (typically Monday-Friday 8am-8pm).
- Flexibility to travel on an as needed basis for and/or
- Maintains communication with internal customers (other
departments) to ensure that learnings stay relevant and timely,
based on their needs.
- As needed, walk internal customers through information
gathering and deployment of keystone account process.
- All other duties as assigned by management team.Supervisory

standardized situations.Computer SkillsTo perform this job
successfully, an individual should have the ability to learn new
software; should have knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing
software.Other QualificationsAt least one year full time work
experience, internships acceptable.
