COMMITTED. CAPABLE.Job PurposeTradeMark Residential is looking for a talented leasing consultant and sales professional to join our team in Wilmington. In this role, you will be proactive in the marketing and leasing of our apartment homes, which offer the best urban living in Wilmington, NC, just minutes away from Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. - -Essential Duties

• Manage a portfolio of leases for potential and existing clients.
• Coordinate property viewings & follow-ups to prospective clients in a persuasive manner through evaluating clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule lease applications, and adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
  • Prepare all lease-related paperwork, including validating application information and references.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic.
  • Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
  • Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.Qualifications
    • Proven working experience as a Leasing Consultant
    • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
    • Proven track record of successful sales
    • Basic understanding of MS Office
    • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
    • Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
