Job Description:
AAA Member Experience is seeking an experienced Data Analyst who
will create reports, analyze data and provide recommendations on
customer experience issues. Position may office in Wilmington, DE,
Lexington, KY, Cincinnati, OH or Tulsa, OK. Other locations will be

Experience Data Analyst are:Develop new and maintain legacy
reporting functions for Member Experience, including data from
surveys, CRM, complaints, etc.Craft data stories through
presentations, written summaries, live dashboards and data
visualizations that accurately outline problem statements and
provide actionable, unbiased intelligence and
recommendations.Summarize information into key insights; establish
linkage to business strategy andor objectives.Gain deep knowledge
of existing Voice of Customer, financial and operational data to
identify data sources that could provide data correlation for
insights.Prepares competitive analysis and maintains knowledge of
historical data trends, watching for developing trends andor
anomalies that might impact the customer experience; shares
findings with appropriate team with recommendations for actions to
address andor dynamics contributing to the trends.Collaborates with
Business Line leaders to compile reports and statistics. Gathers
statistics from other AAA Clubs and AAA National to compare and
forecast sales and revenues.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, MathematicsApplied
Statistics, Economic Business.Sybase SQL Anywhere, SAS andor Power
BI Experience required.4 - 5 years Administration or related field
and business andor data analysis.Ability to develop, analyze and
interpret financial and operational data. Strong understanding of
technology platforms and systems across multiple business
functions.Knowledge of business andor data analysis, interpretation
and solution formulation and recommendations.Advanced experience
with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced modeling, creating
chartsgraphs) and PowerPoint.Highly knowledgeable and experienced
in SQL language and the development of reports in Power BI.Strong
business writing and communication skills, including the ability to
work independently on detailed and complex projects and
initiatives.Ability to form alliances with vendor representatives
AAA National and other AAA clubs, internal clients, support
departments, etc.Strong desktop skills including Microsoft Office,
Internet, Intranet.Knowledge of financial and operational analyses
leading to desired results.Ability manage multiple products and
