CRP Industries is currently adding to our Electronic Power Steering
Technician team! Our facility is conveniently located in Conway, SC
in a climate controlled environment. CRP provides staff the
opportunity to learn and grow with the team. CRP offers a

Level I
Purpose of Position :
To achieve the daily assembly production requirements by operating
production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any
issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors.
Essential Functions:
Additional Responsibilities:
Level II
Purpose of Position:
To be responsible for inspection and testing of a variety of
manufactured products. To be a support role for several areas of
manufacturing, including but not limited to; shipping, quality and
assembly.
Essential Functions:
--- Ability to perform product assembly for each stage in the
production line process
--- Perform function testing and retesting
--- Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
--- Understand and document product failure reasons
--- Identify and report defective products or questionable
conditions in the MES system along with possible solutions.
--- Understand the relationship between testing and core
evaluation
--- Document inspections and testing results per Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP)
--- Maintain the production pace of other team members
--- Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform
duties
--- Use appropriate safety equipment and procedures
Additional Responsibilities:
--- Maintain the work area and test station in a clean and orderly
condition
--- Work closely with Core Evaluation Department
Level III

Level II requirements
--- High School along with 2+ years' experience in a warehouse
production environment with quality testing or any relevant
combination of education and experience
--- Basic Computer skills that include entering information
accurately into various systems/applications
--- Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
--- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions
from various levels within the organization
--- Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division
Level III Requirements
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Warehouse environment. Daily use of wrists, hands, fingers, arms to
use computer and phone. Ability to hear and speak clearly for
gathering and giving simple to complex information to a group. May
have to move materials up to 50lbs when building parts and/or stand
on feet for long periods of time.PI186380110
