Installation Assistant/Helper Responsible for performing installation of custom glass shower enclosures and related accessories, in both residential and commercial settings and ensuring a high level of customer service, quality, and accuracy is provided. Assists Lead Installer in product installation that includes showers, mirrors, shelving, locks, and accessories. Install product according to the specifications outlined in the scope of work. May install independently on occasion. Load and unload product ensuring safety and quality protocols are followed. Complete every installation according to company expectations and leave each job site in an orderly and clean manner. Requirements: Basic hand tool and measuring experience needed. Previous experience in the construction/building field preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and good motor vehicle report. Schedule: 7am­-4pm with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and OT as business needs require. Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, stooping/kneeling/crouching, lifting up to 10 lbs frequently. Sitting, Lifting between 25 - 100 lbs. infrequently Majestic is an EOE.
