Job Description:

LabCorp is seeking an Account Administrator, to serve as the initial point of contact for low volume unassigned client accounts in a particular assigned geography in the Atlantic Division Sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated self-starter with experience in supporting and dealing with a variety of duties as requested by one or more regional sales managers. Candidate must be able to perform overall client account management during account set-up such as ordering of supplies, coordinating collection sites, account correspondence, and serves as a reference source for clients on federal regulations, etc. Upon completion of initial set-ups, accounts will be monitored and maintained by the Account Administrator and/or transitioned to Key Account Executive book of business, once monthly volume threshold has been met. Candidate must be able to answer telephones, maintain logs/records, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, and possess exceptional organizational, communication and computer skills, both written and verbal, and must provide superior customer service. Must be a strong leader, who is able to work independently. Must have strong multitasking skills and the ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently. Must also be able to deal with a variety of changing situations under stress and against tight deadlines Candidate must have the ability to pay close attention to detail while monitoring data, analyzing, and preparing reports, as well as providing regional sales management with supporting documentation to make better informed decisions. Must be able to manage time well and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Duties to be performed by Account Administrator are as follows, but not limited to: Corporate Reporting: * Manage distribution of reports for all corporate/divisional initiatives * Coordinate the collection of data needed from sales reps for initiatives to meet deadlines and updated master spreadsheets. * Communicate lab notifications regarding test code changes, significant testing impacts, etc. to sales team and track follow up as needed. Health System / Large Group Data Support: * Keep up to date master spreadsheets for health systems and large groups * Create and update Profiles for health systems * Provide support for billing needs for large groups to include unbillable reports, ongoing client billing support and being a clearing house for updated information. Low Volume / Unassigned Accounts: * Serve as the main point of contact for Low Volume / Unassigned accounts in territory * Responsible for communicating directly with those accounts, resolving issues, educating on initiatives if needed, etc. Jeopardy Report: * Collect weekly Jeopardy updates, New business and Upsells from regional sales staff * Compile updates into preliminary weekly report and submit to RMBD by appropriate deadline established by each Regional Manager. * Ensure all data for accounts is accurate (including account names and account numbers) SBM Requests (Serena Business Manager): * Track and coordinate interface requests through SBM for regional SME (Senior Marketing Executive) and Low Volume accounts. Office Supplies: * Order Office Supplies & Toners as needed for regional sales staff via Staples in PeopleSoft * Receive items as needed in PeopleSoft & Maintain copy of paperwork on file Business Cards & Stationery: * Order Business Cards & Stationery as needed via RR Donnelley in PeopleSoft * Receive items as needed in PeopleSoft Monthly 30-60-90 Prospect Lists * Collect individual 30-60-90 Prospect lists from regional sales reps * Create initial monthly report consolidation and maintain master files as needed by Regional Manager. Meeting Coordination & Support: * Including, but not limited to Coordinate & Schedule Meetings, Travel Arrangements, As Needed for regional sales teams & Regional Managers Client Inquiry's, Client NPS & Vendor Interface Inquiry's: * Serve as regional main point of contact to receive daily email inquiries from AtlanticClientInq mailbox * Promptly reach out to inquiry to determine appropriate needs and next steps, to be completed within divisionally established timeframe * Communicate status updates to AtlanticClientInq mailbox as the occur * Follow-up with inquiry's and AtlanticClientInq mailbox as needed, based on inquiry needs and established next steps Divisional Directory: * Maintain regional directory & Update as needed * Email monthly directory out to Divisional Directory gatekeeper New Account Set-ups: * Handle all New Account Set-up requests generated from Client Inquiry's, Low Volume Unassigned clients and Senior Marketing Executive (SME) Prospects in CRM * Support Senior Marketing Executive (SME) with New Account Packets and any other items that may be required in the onboarding process of New Business SPRs (Special Pricing Request): * Assist Senior Marketing Executive (SME) in completing and submitting SPRs, via CRM, for Low Volume Unassigned Accounts and New Business Prospects Monthly Tracking & Performance Reports: * Parse out and distribute individual Monthly Tracking & Performance Reports to regional sales reps Lee Myers Reporting: * Parse out and distribute regional data only for Regional Sales Manager & sales team, timeline & frequency TBD Account Maintenance (via CRM): * Submit all Account Maintenance requests generated from Client Inquiry's, Low Volume Unassigned clients and SME Prospects in CRM Literature & Promotional Supplies: * Order and maintain appropriate Literature & Promotional supplies in branches for regional sales rep use Jeopardy and/or Operations Calls: * Participate in regional Jeopardy and/or Operations Calls as deem appropriate by the Regional Sales Manager Other Duties and Tasks: * As needed and assigned by Supervisor and/or Regional Sales Manager Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel w/ a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications. Machine: Calculator, personal computer. Physical Demands: Speech clarity, utilization of fingers and hands, standing-remaining on one's feet in an upright position, sitting-remaining in the normal seated position, handling-seizing, holding, grasping and possible casual to regular lifting of up to 15 pounds. License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years LabCorp experience.
