As an Account Executive for CastleBranch, you'll generate business
leads and build relationships with enterprise businesses, higher
education institutions and hospital markets in need of background
screening services, compliance tracking solutions and other web
based software. Your goal will be to drive sales in your national
region. Success in this role will expand CastleBranch's current
reach, while also building your book of business.

To be considered for the Account Executive positon, please have the
following in regards to:
- Experience:At least two years in a similar role with comparable
goals/ responsibilities (Selling B2B, inside (preferred) or outside
sales, working within the healthcare administration and/or software
as a service (SaaS) industry,preferred education:Bachelor's degree
in a related field)
- Skills- You must be an excellent communicator, someone who is
motivated and a self-starter. You should also understand the
mechanics of the Challenger Sales Model (preferred, not
- Characteristics- You have a proven track record of sales
success. You bring a robust focus and promote our solutions to
executives in the enterprise business, higher education and
hospital markets. A true hunter mentality when identifying,
developing, and signing new business is critical.
As an Account Executive, you'll meet annual revenue quotas on your
own, while learning and adjusting as you go. While expanding our
business reach, you'll be responsible for:
- Sellproducts and services by making proactive outbound touches,
and assuming responsibility of inbound reactive touches (to/from
potential and existing clients by telephone and e-mail).
- Maintaineffective business relationships, internally and
externally: keeping a high energy and positive attitude.
- Ensuretimely and pertinent information is shared with clients
and team members.
- Continuously Growand learn to develop an expert working
knowledge of all products, services, internal systems, assigned
accounts, new opportunities, and competitors.
