  • Travel/Contract position for Registered Nurse at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center Crisis Response
  • Job to take care of General Med/Surg Patients with Adult and Geriatrics, Daily census -43
  • Must be able to work holidays, possibility of taking care of COVID patients
  • Traveler will be assigned to Inclement Weather Team
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
    • Traveler Experience: Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler
    • Skills: EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must be able to take insulin and heparin drips
    • Certs: BCLS
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 12HR NIGHTS 36 or 48 hours accepted
      • No OT billed until after 48 hours
      • Will accept 13-26 week contracts
      • Charge role is required for night travelers
      • RTO: 7 days MAX
      • Call Requirement: Call required if put on call prescheduled shift
      • Float Requirement: Floating to similar units and alternate care locations with inpatients holding
      • Weekend Requirement: Traveler will be assigned to every other weekend
