COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY SUPERINTENDENTIndustry leading Developer/Builder is looking to add a Superintendent to their team immediately. This company serves luxury multifamily/senior living/mixed use markets.CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead Superintendent role
--- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
--- Must have experience leading ground up, multifamily, mixed use, and/or senior living projects from inception to completion
--- Ability to manage and run projects $15M
--- Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
--- Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
--- Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
--- Ability to identify and solve problems
