Lead Generator
The Lead Generator's primary responsibility is to obtain leads for the Residential Install Sales department. Lead Generators (LGs) work in our partner locations (Home Depot, Lowes or COSTCO stores) to find prospects who want/need to replace their current heating and/or air conditioning systems. The LG's secondary goal is to create a future customer that Sobieski can nurture with other service offerings.
Home Depot/Lowe's LGs are active lead generators who assertively pursue leads by engaging customers in conversations, by offering marketing materials and by seeking customers throughout the store when store traffic is slow. In COSTCO stores, LGs are passive lead generators; they may not actively pursue customers but must encourage interested customers to come to them through friendly greetings and engaging attitudes.
**This role pays a competitive hourly rate plus commission.**
**Previous HVAC experience is not required as we provide extensive training and support.**
Responsibilities:

• Review customer HVAC requirements and present suitable options by selling comfort solutions, not equipment.
• Create accurate and complete proposals using our best-in-class fully integrated software - seamlessly convey the equipment requirements to the customer and to our installation teams.
• Consummate follow-up to ensure the highest level of customer service. Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated sales ability in previous roles.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking.
  • Ability to learn and utilize industry specific software.
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required.
