This company self-preforms their Sitework and is looking for someone that can run Excavators and Dozers for Commercail ground-up projects. As a leader in the building industry, my client hires the best and provides them with outstanding opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive, team-orientated environment.The--Operator is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner.--Key Responsibilities Include:Capable of Building Layout and Interpreting Construction DocumentsExcellent Communication and Problem Solving SkillsCoordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, Building Owners, and City OfficialsBasic Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, outlook, Microsoft project, adobe)Material DeliveriesEnforcing a Safe Work Environment and Other Site ControlsKnowledge of Sitework/Earthwork for Commercail and light industrial projects.Daily Reporting and Logging of Site ActivitiesAble to lift 50 lbs, trained to work 6 ft above ground in aerial platforms, and is fit to work in extreme outdoor environmentsYou will provide feedback to estimators for use in future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.Competitive base salary Excellent benefits package Jumpstart your Superintendent career with an industry leader.
