Job Description:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking career minded, goal and results
oriented brand stewards who represent Hilton Grand Vacations with
the highest level of integrity, quality, and service to our guests
and members.
A Sales Executive with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for
presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and
programs to our owners to generate maximum net sales volume while
maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the
company.
Responsibilities to include:
Actively engage with our portfolio of members and guests
Presents a professional sales representation of HGV products and
services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals
of assigned market
Accounts for leads and dispositions them as needed
Represents the product and HGVC in the highest degree of
professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette
and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all
times.
Attends all departmental sales training and development
programs
Maintains optimal levels of performance metrics including
cancellation and default rates
Qualifications
Types of candidates we're looking for:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and
holidays
Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods
or services sector is a plus
Communication & partnership skills
A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things
happen
Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products
is a plus
Minimum of One year Timeshare sales experience
Individuals looking for growth opportunities within the
