• Employee DiscountsThis position reports directly to the Resident Care Director and may take direction from Supervisors in Charge (SIC). the PCA -is responsible for providing care to residents. Duties shall be performed with resident needs in mind and in accordance with the government regulations, and company policies and procedures.Communicate with residents and resident families in a polite and professional manner.
  Assist residents in dining room including setting tables, serving meals and beverages and clearing tables.
  Assist residents with their activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care.
  Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as necessary and/or assigned to care for residents.
  Follow safety and infection control policies and procedures when providing care to residents.Pay will be determined upon interview process. -Powered by JazzHR
