- Full Time Sales Consultant at Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda- Driving
an integral role in the customer experience, you will be trained to
sell new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while
ensuring customer satisfaction. Day to day includes interacting
with people, marketing and eCommerce sales, problem solving,
teamwork, and fun! Automotive experience is NOT required. We're

- Meets dealership sales goals.
- Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of
vehicle desired.
- Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in
showroom or on demonstration drive.
- Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
- Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in
allowance, and discount.
- Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but
not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
- Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
- Engages in business development.
- Addresses customer concerns.
- Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and
customer relationships.
- Continuously improves through feedback.Environment/Physical
Demands:
- Duties are performed throughout the premises, both
indoor/outdoor and on customer test drives. Heavy standing work.
Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and
the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other
departments.Pre-Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory work experience in retail sales/customer
