Livian Oak & Ocean is searching for a Transaction Coordinator To support this top real estate team by carrying out the daily tasks required in promoting and driving both Listings and Closings for our Real Estate Professionals. To provide 6-Star customer service and better, which is the ONLY kind of service you know, and to assist Keller Williams The Trembley Group in building its brand, being known as the Most Innovative Firm in the Real Estate Industry. Embrace change for the future and growth of the company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
    • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
      • Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
        • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
          • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
            • Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
              • Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process.
                • Input all client information into client database system.
                  • Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.Qualification
                    • Must have SC Real Estate License
                      • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator or Realtor
                        • Must know real estate contract like the back of your hand
                          • Must 100% know how to negotiate home inspections with effective client and outside realtor communication
                            • You believe that verbal communication followed by an email summary is the most important way to have crystal clear communication
                              • YOU ARE NOT AFRAID OF THE PHONE
                                • You have excellent verbal as well as written communication and negotiating skills
                                  • You focus on results and are all about getting things done
                                    • You have a growth oriented mindset and do not have a clock in clock out fixed mindset
                                      • You bring value to your position and go above and way beyond what is asked of you
                                        • You are a Leader in your own right that takes OWNERSHIP of everything you are involved with and DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES!

                                                  • You know MAC, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and are a quick learnerEducation/Certifications
                                                    • High school diploma
