Personal - Social Media Marketing Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to learn about real estate while performing administrative and assistant tasks! If hired, you will play an integral role in keeping the lead agent focused on what moves the team as a whole forward. By taking tasks off her plate, she can focus on growth. -You do not need to be licensed, but it would be highly preferred, and coursework/testing can be provided for you to acquire it. You'll be supportive in her roles as a Real Estate Team Owner, Realtor, Real Estate Investor, Friend & Mom.

The right candidate will need to enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment and will be able to follow directions while also working autonomously on certain projects. You need to be coachable and a fast learner who can think ahead and take ownership of your work all while anticipating what is needed. -

This is a part-time position with an opportunity for growth if so desired and earned. Must have a clean driving record, and clean criminal/background checks. Typical hours are 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday- Friday.

Responsibilities may include assisting owner in her roles as:
--- Real Estate Team Owner: assist in tracking leads and conversion of team members, updating QuickBooks, coordinating meetings and travel, special project research, categorizing in QuickBooks
--- Realtor: pick up and drop off paperwork and supplies, schedule appointments, possibly assist with showings, write and send thank you notes or gifts, enter contacts into database, order print items, social media tasks
--- Real Estate Investor: maintain organized files for properties to include leases and pictures, categorize in QuickBooks, coordinate maintenance requests
--- Friend and Mom: send thank you notes, schedule appointments, run random errands, help plan travel and keep office tidy and neat, pick up and drop off, be at the home office when kids get off the bus, make amazon orders, and pop dinner in the oven

--- Driver's License and clean driving record
--- Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills
--- Upbeat, can-do, team-player attitude with a sense of humor
--- Ability to uphold and protect confidentiality
--- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
--- Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word, email, CRM systems, Quickbooks
--- Excellent customer service skills
