Job Description:
We've developed a truly innovative, tech-driven, equipment
financing software platform called APPROVE. This new SaaS solution
leverages technology and competition among a network of competing
equipment finance companies to deliver the most innovative and
effective equipment finance solution in the B2B equipment market.
APPROVE customers, who are commercial and industrial equipment
sellers, embed the APPROVE platform at their points-of-sale to
offer their customers financing options from lenders participating
in our APPROVE - lender network.
As an APPROVE Account Executive, your primary goal will be to
build, manage and grow your own portfolio of clients made up of
equipment manufacturers and distributors. This process will involve
the following steps and responsibilities:
Acquiring and onboarding new customers
- We'll provide you with a list of high quality prospects and a
sophisticated and proven outreach program - and you will use this
acquisition program to bring new customers into your client
portfolio.
- You will onboard your new customers using video conferencing
and a comprehensive value-drive presentation.
- You will use proven tactics and follow up communications to
ensure your new customers understand how to use our tools and are
actively generating finance applications from their customers.
Managing and growing your existing portfolio
- You will continue to be the account executive for all of the
customers in your portfolio.
- You will be provided with reports and tools to easily monitor
the performance of your portfolio.
- Your success will be measured on your ability to manage your
portfolio in such a way that - drives applications and financing
revenue, as well as nurture product adoption through training,
coaching and relationship building with customers.

- Bring on new customers to build your own book of business (you
will be trained and supported every step of the way).
- Educate your clients on the advantages of equipment financing
and the value of APPROVE technology.
- Help facilitate the adoption of APPROVE in your clients'
business processes.
- Develop strong working relationships with your customers.
- Support consistent APPROVE customer engagement and grow
customer revenue over time.
