Job Description:

for a skilled accounts receivable specialist to be responsible for
processing billings to customers and collection efforts as needed
in an accurate, efficient, and timely
manner.ResponsibilitiesProcess customer subscription, annual, and
amendment billings, in compliance with financial policies and
proceduresPerform day to day financial transactions, including
verifying, classifying, computing and recording accounts receivable
dataIdentify customer billing discrepancies and resolve issues in a
timely mannerResponsible for customer inquiries and collection
effortsAssist with month end close process and account
reconciliationsProvide supporting documentation for auditsPrepare
analysis of customer accounts upon
requestQualificationsRequiredAssociate's degree in Accounting or 2+
years in corporate accounting or an equivalent combination of
education, experience, and superior work performanceSolid
understanding of accounts receivable principlesPossess financial
and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication
skillsProficient with MS Office applications (Excel,
Outlook)DesiredNetSuite system experienceSalesforce.com system
experienceWell organized to focus on multiple tasksDeadline
orientedAttention to detailsAbility to work both independently and
