The HR Solutions Center Representative (HRSC) will report to the
HR Solutions Manager for Tier 1 or Tier 2. This position will
assist with escalated issues that require in depth research in the
HR Solutions Center. This position will process request for
benefits, position management, talent acquisition, and other HR
requests. This position may assist with performing quality
assurance audits. This position would require excellent analytical
and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and organize task
and resources. This position will also participate and offer
process improvements. More complex issues will be communicated to
the analyst for in-depth review and resolution. May serve as a Tier
1 Partner and provide support, development, and/or guidance to all
HRSC Tier 1 and Tier 2 services. Perform all duties and
responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures
and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. This
key position serves as the central point of contact for all team
members and external customer's HR inquiries. This includes
inquiries related to policies, procedures, and processing.

* Education: High school diploma required. Associates degree
preferred. * Experience: At least one year of experience in human
resources or call center experience required. * Additional skills
required: * Thorough knowledge of benefits, talent acquisition, and
position management. * Complex problem-solving skills, attention to
detail, and good decision-making ability. * Able to work
effectively on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to
recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information.
* Ability to relate to a diverse group. Microsoft Office and HR
Technology experience required as well. * Exceptional oral and
written communication skills, and ability to draft clear, concise
communications and documents.
* Additional skills preferred: PeopleSoft, API and Service
Center experience preferred. Microsoft Office, HR Technology
