In this Appointment Coordinator / Call Center Manager role you help provide supervision for our call center reps by ensuring everyone is trained and up-to-date all of our products and services. You also assist and answer questions when needed. You encourage and motivate your team to achieve their call volume, cross-selling, and referral goals. To ensure customer care and satisfaction, you monitor phone calls for professionalism, accuracy, and content. You keep open lines of communication with management as you discuss call volume, analyze call center operations and make recommendations for effectiveness, productivity, and quality of our service.

Being a hands-on Appointment Coordinator, you are never above stepping in and performing call center duties yourself! Being dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, you make about 50 phone calls a day to schedule appointments, discuss products and services, and resolve customer questions. Operating honestly, empathetically, and with integrity, you uphold our high quality of customer service!


  • At least 3 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Excellent management abilities
  • Professional phone presence
  • Functional computer skills
