Job DetailsLevelEntryJob LocationWilmington, NC - Wilmington, NCPosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelHigh SchoolTravel PercentageNoneJob ShiftDayDescriptionCreate, develop, and maintain a professional working relationship with every accountGreet retailer in a friendly and courteous manner at each and every accountSell and service each account as scheduled according to the current sequence and call frequencyMaximize distribution of all products and packages throughout territory to continuously grow case volume and dollar sales in all accounts.Secure the best possible selling position for our products in each account (including display locations, cooler shelf placement, tap placement, etc...)Secure placement of Permanent and Temporary Point of Sale items; Remove any defaced or damaged POS and replace with repaired or new POSRequest all temporary POS in a timely manner to ensure sufficient time to produce and promoteSell in and execute all authorized promotions and programsExecute at least two samplings or promotions per month in an On Premise Account if applicableBuild, merchandise, and maintain all displays where applicableAdhere to Quality Control Policy at all times in order to maintain proper product rotationMonitor and adhere to proper pricing in all accounts; Ensure product is priced correctly at the account; Report any discrepancies at retailMaintain a neat, organized, and rotated back stock area in all applicable accountsFill coolers, hot shelves, and displays; stock the back stock in grocery accountsMerchandise accounts and always strive to obtain and maintain "Look of the Leader"Utilize Mobility as directed to place orders, track objectives, enter code dates, respond to surveys, and enter display and/or tap share.Assist management with sales presentations in accountsAggressively participate in all incentive programs.Maintain strong communication channel with delivery personnel to ensure proper service throughout routeIdentify and solicit all lost, inactive, or potential accounts within assigned territory; notify Team Leader of any new account opportunities so that he/she can assist in securing the new accountComplete all required documentation related to opening and closing accounts and any account info changesBe aware of and report any and all competitive activity to Team LeaderAssist in the collection of money owed by customers because of delinquent or insufficient fundsEnsure the proper use and security of all company assigned equipmentProject a professional appearance and always report to work in the approved attireMaintain a clean vehicle inside and out; keep vehicle stocked with proper merchandising toolsAttend all departmental and company meetings as required.Complete any and all required internal and external training assignmentsMaintain a valid driver license and a good motor vehicle record that meet the standards outlined in Adams' Safe Driving PolicyQualificationsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D1-2 years training or experience in a related fieldsRequires the ability to read, write, count, perform basic math calculationsValid Driver License is required
