Job Description:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:* High school diploma or
equivalent* Crisis Prevention and CPR certifications (offered on
site)* Ability to work with male and female adult (18+) patients
with chemical dependency and mental health disorders* Teamwork and
excellent customer serviceESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Prioritize and
coordinate patient admissions and provide guidance and direction
throughout admissions process* Provide general office and clerical
services for facility* Prepare admission area and search room*
Greets all visitors and channels them to proper personnel and/or
departments* Handle patient valuables for safekeeping* Ensures
messages are delivered to staff and patients in a timely manner*
Use computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases and
documents* Calendar management, schedule appointments and update
