Attorney Wilmington/Jacksonville. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
yearly Responsibilities: Represent clients in criminal defense
cases, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are
heard. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build
strong, evidence-based defense strategies. Collaborate with clients
to understand their unique situations and provide personalized
legal advice. Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs
with precision and attention to detail. Negotiate with prosecutors
to seek favorable plea deals or dismissals when appropriate.
Advocate for clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and
cross-examining witnesses effectively. Stay updated on changes in
criminal law and legal precedents to maintain a competitive edge in
defense strategies Qualifications: JD degree and active NC law
license in good standing. 1 year of criminal defense or related
experience. Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to be an exceptional colleague/team player. A client-first
mindset with high emotional intelligence. Tech-savvy. About Company
