Description Job Summary: Join the Quick Reaction Force team,
you’ll lead fast, impactful solutions and strategic recommendations
to elevate the Chase Credit Card experience, collaborating with
senior leaders and driving key decisions in a dynamic environment.
As Vice President on the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) team within
Product Configurations & Support (PCS) under Marketing, you will
play a pivotal role in developing quick solutions and making
informed business recommendations to support the Credit Cards
function. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders,
navigate conflicting priorities, and drive decision-making that
enhances the Chase Credit Card customer experience. Job
Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong partnerships with key
business unit stakeholders, collaborating closely with their teams
to drive results. Foster innovation, implement new processes, and
champion simplifying storytelling of complex initiatives, ensuring
consistent leadership and operational excellence across the
Marketing Execution organization. Demonstrate commitment to process
adherence and control practices, including representing the team in
Audits, Compliance Testing, and Control Self Assessments.
Recommend, develop, and implement rapid solutions for Chase Credit
Card initiatives. Ensure all activities are aligned with the firm’s
overarching goals and strategic vision. Influence positive change
with a proven track record of delivering business results, and
providing creative solutions to business challenges. Support the
design and execution of strategic opportunities aimed at enhancing
efficiency and reducing operational costs. Oversee multiple
initiatives simultaneously, delivering results within tight
deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Required
qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Demonstrated ability to
develop talent and foster strong client relationships across all
organizational levels, including General Managers, CFOs, IT
leadership, and Marketing Services leadership. Motivational team
leader with a passion for mentoring staff and supporting their
career growth and development. Proven experience in implementing
changes both within teams and across departments. Self-directed
professional who inspires others to achieve ambitious goals. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building
effective partnerships with Marketing Strategy and key stakeholder
teams. Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries and
developing user tools to automate manual processes. Preferred
qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Highly preferred:
Experience with Credit card, Rewards, and Pricing systems. Proven
ability to translate complex product solutions into clear,
compelling marketing messages. Strong analytical skills for
identifying and evaluating new business opportunities. Demonstrated
agility in adapting to evolving industry trends. Experience
collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced
environments. Established leadership in strategic solution
development and creative innovation.
