We are currently in search of a Software Technical Support Analyst supporting Brunswick County in North Carolina Job Responsibilities: Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Requires in-depth knowledge and experience Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan Generally domestic scope/accountability Attention to detail/thorough/conscientious: Provide complete and accurate data and configurations Analytical: Ability to think through, research, and resolve device issues (network and application); Design process required for Technician support/training (how tos) Ability to document process and procedures for specific task completion: How to remediate a device issue How to configure a model How to perform an assigned project Coach Service Technician in proper configuration: Review proper project configuration and upgrade of all device models Organization: Maintain and update shared drive for Tech and XRX Acct Team access to latest FW, Clones, Instructions, and approved Documentation Reporting & Communication skills: Security Meeting minutes, Weekly NG/XRX slides, Device Certification Matrix Security analyst review security bulletins, provide customer with potential impact of bulletin on their environment, test new software, deploy new software, continuously inspect managed devices for security concerns
