We are actively interviewing for a Recruiting Coordinator to drive outreach to target audiences, increase company awareness in our industry and act as a catalyst to optimize the effectiveness of our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be creative, results and detail oriented, intellectually curious, persistent, and bring a great attitude. The successful Project Specialist will spend a detailed, organized day researching and developing innovative candidate sourcing strategies.

What will you be doing?
Project Research:
Work closely with Account Executive(s) to drive the planning and organization of assigned recruitment search projects.
Given ample training on each search assignment, search our database as well as external candidate databases for qualified candidate leads.
Alongside Account Executive organize workflows to optimize daily outreach to interested candidate leads in a timely manner.
Perform Boolean searches on all search engines, such as Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Utilize InMails on LinkedIn to contact candidates/clients as needed.

Data Integrity & Contact Imports:
Add records (names and companies) without duplication.
Merge any duplicate records found to prevent loss of pertinent information.
Add and update contacts daily and in a timely manner.
Use standardized titles for easy retrieval of companies and contacts in future searches.
Tag records correctly and completely for easy retrieval in future searches.
Update contact information.

Project Administration:
Create contracts and proposals alongside Account Executive(s) using appropriate template files.
Create candidate submittals by combining PDF files and quality checking documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and company-wide consistency.
Create progress reports on assigned projects as needed.
Help take notes on client calls as needed.
Format job descriptions using template files.
Complete and maintain process checklist documents for each assigned recruiting project.
Meet with Research & Project Manager weekly to review process checklists and schedule calendars.

Social Media:
Alongside leadership create engaging text, image and video content for assigned recruitment projects.
Help plan and organize social media content calendar.
Suggest ideas for future posts.
