Job Description:
Summary
We are hiring a Claims Customer Service Advocate II! In this role
you will be responsible for responding to routine correspondence
and telephone inquiries pertaining to claims or appeals. Identifies
incorrectly processed claims and completes adjustments and related
reprocessing actions.
