As the In House Housekeeper, you may look forward to:Guest and owner resolutionDelivering needs to guests and owners during staysPrepare vendor cleaning bags/suppliesMaintaining the highest standard regarding cleaning and upkeep of assigned propertiesSupporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guestsCleaning properties as assignedObeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).You are a person that (required skills):Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportationHas working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteIs able to work weekends and holidaysIs able to work as a teamPhysically you can anticipate to:Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verballyExert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the timeSubject to internal and external environmental conditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
