The Opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring Concessions and Premium Bartenders to join our team to work the 2021 PGA Championship at The Ocean Course in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. Our ideal Bartenders have great attention to detail, provide exceptional customer service and are skilled and knowledgeable of cocktails, beers, and wines.--

We've reengineered our operating procedures to minimize contact risk and bolstered hygiene protocols to exceed best-practice guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Responsibilities

* Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all alcohol service policies, procedures, and laws.
* Completes sales and inventory reports accurately.
* Maintains bar stock by requesting liquors, beverages, garnishments, and supplies.
* Keeps workstation and equipment clean and sanitized.
* Performs opening, closing, and side work duties.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* At least 21 years of age or older.
* Minimum of one-year front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant required.
* Experience in credit card processing required.
* Previous experience using computerized POS system preferred.
* Available leading up to and during the event, May 17-23.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to remain standing for entire length of shift.
* Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
* Ability to lift stock up to 25 pounds occasionally.
