• Workflow highlights:
• - Majority of referrals require ultrasound prior to initial visit - Ultrasounds reviewed by the cardiac care team before scheduling - Follow-up visits scheduled post-imaging at multiple clinic locationsFacilities & Support
• Dedicated support staff including nurses, front office staff, ultrasound technologists, and experienced cardiac RNs
• Direct support from interventional cardiologists and APP imaging staff
• Facilities include:
• - 2-room Cath Lab - 10 operating rooms - 14-bed Cardiac Monitoring Unit
• Clinic space directly connected to Cath Lab for efficient coordination
• In-house wound care and hyperbaric services supporting cardiac and vascular care integration
• Largest dedicated cardiac service space in the local market
• Imaging & Diagnostics
• Advanced imaging capabilities including:
• - Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) - 256-slice CT - MRI (3T and 1.5T) - In-office ultrasoundRequirements
• Experienced Advanced Practice Provider preferred
• Candidates with strong nursing backgrounds in cardiac care, telemetry, or related areas may be considered if APP experience is under 2 years
