Job Description:
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with an established
Physician Group with a truly top notch reputation that seeks a
full-time Anesthesiologist (Partner / OwnershipTrack) in the
Wilmington, NC area. Join a thriving, physician-led organization
providing services across a variety of inpatient and outpatient
settings. This full-time role offers a collaborative work
environment, clinical autonomy, and a strong focus on patient care
and safety. This group includes several full-time anesthesiologists
and a dozen CRNAs, working together in a collaborative care team
environment. Physicians independently manage about 10% of cases,
primarily during evenings and weekends, with CRNA support available
as needed. The caseload consists mostly of routine procedures such
General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Plastics, Healthy Pediatrics,
ENT, and Urology. There are no cardiac, neuro, or trauma cases.
First-call duties are equally shared among the anesthesiologists,
with CRNAs available to assist during after-hours and weekend
shifts. Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in
Anesthesiology. NC State license required. Experience in a hospital
or ASC setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Number of required years of experience is flexible;
