Job Description:
An established, mission-driven pediatric practice in
southeastern North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified or Board
Eligible Pediatrician to join its outpatient team. This opportunity

Outpatient pediatric practice • High-volume, community-focused
setting • Two dedicated clinical support staff (MA or nurse) per
provider • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment •
Additional hourly compensation for evening and weekend coverage •
$10,000 transition bonus Compensation & Benefits • Base salary:
$200,000 – $240,000 • Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses •
100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for
provider and all dependents • PTO starting at 27.5 days and
increasing to 42.5 days after year one • Eligibility for up to
$75,000 in student loan repayment (NHSC programs) • 401(k) with 3%

Professional dues and license reimbursement Qualifications • MD or
