As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Medical Intensive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment catered to providing critical care to patients with complex medical conditions. This role requires advanced clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. Initiate and implement nursing care plans. Administer medications and all other routine aspects of patient care. Monitor and ensure the safety of patients, including following infection prevention protocols. Assist in the development and achievement of departmental goals and objectives. Proficient in using electronic health record systems Ability to provide critical care using advanced nursing skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent CCRN certification preferred
