Job Description Job Description Position Title: Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) Location: Sanford, NC Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week Work Setting: Onsite Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to lead an outpatient physical therapy clinic while maintaining a strong clinical presence. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is ready to step into leadership, mentor clinicians, and drive both patient outcomes and team performance. The Clinic Director will balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, supporting clinical excellence, professional development, and operational success.
