Job Description:
Join a well-established ENT program in coastal South Carolina
and take part in shaping the future of ear, nose, and throat care
for a rapidly growing community along the Grand Strand. This
position offers a strong clinical foundation, supportive staff, and

quality of life. Position Overview Schedule: Monday"Friday,
standard office hours (8 AM"5 PM) Fridays: Half-days for improved
work-life balance Call: Shared 1:3 rotation (moving to 1:4 with
full recruitment), supported by after-hours nurse triage Support
Staff: Dedicated RN and APP, plus full clinic and surgical support
team Patient Volume: 30 patients per day on average OR & Clinic
Time: 2 days OR / 2.5 days clinic / 0.5-day administrative EMR:
Cerner Patient Base: Newborn through geriatrics Scope of Practice
The department offers a comprehensive range of ENT services,
including but not limited to: Head and neck oncology and
reconstruction Thyroid and parathyroid disorders Tonsil and adenoid
surgery Nasal and sinus surgery (including deviated septum and
sinus disease) Facial plastics, trauma, and lesion removal Ear
disorders, hearing loss, tinnitus, and audiology Swallowing
disorders, snoring, and sleep apnea surgical management Facilities
& Support Surgical Access: 10 operating rooms with pre- and post-op
suites Integrated Setup: Hospital, ASC, and outpatient clinic on a
single campus for efficiency Diagnostics: PET, 64-slice CT, breast
MRI, high-definition endoscopy, and bronchoscopy Tumor Boards:
Bi-weekly multidisciplinary meetings (ENT, breast, GI,
pulmonary/critical care) Academic Environment: Hosts residents and
fellows from accredited training programs Quality Care: Pursuing
accreditation through the American College of Surgeons Commission
