care Focus on patient safety Description: This is a Neuro Unit. The
patient ratio is 1:6. Shift hours are from 06:45 to 19:15. 36 or 48
hours per week are accepted. If working 48 hours, no overtime will
be billed until after 48 hours. RTO after booking is not permitted
and is strongly enforced. Call-offs or additional RTO may result in
cancellation. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing
general medicine with a focus on neurology. Travelers will need to
float as necessary. Weekend shifts will include 5-6 shifts,
equating to every other weekend. It is mandatory to work 2 out of 3
major holidays. Candidates may float to nearby units based on skill
set and census needs. Must have a teamwork approach and meet
behavioral expectations. Candidates must comply with call-off
policies, which are strictly enforced. Admission includes various
interdisciplinary support personnel. Must pass EKG testing prior to
the start. Experience with Epic is preferred for charting.
References from previous employers are required upon starting.
Candidates should be prepared to work in storm team or crisis
situations if necessary. Fatigue policy requires no more than 5
consecutive workdays or 60 hours per week. Requirements Required
