Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience and a current SC license for a rural outpatient rehab setting. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Outpatient rehab clinic housed in a wellness gym setting - Serves a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain cases - Specialized programs include aquatic therapy, women's health and pelvic therapy, Parkinson’s rehab, vestibular rehab, sports and blood flow restriction therapy, and dry needling - Occasional inpatient work and weekend shifts required - Full-time team includes PTs, PTAs, SLP, OT, COTA, aide, and front desk staff - Shift is 07:00-18:00 - Responsibilities include patient evaluation, development of individual plans of care, implementing evidence-based treatment, and supervising treatment teams - Daily duties may involve collaboration with PTAs, aides, and interdisciplinary staff - Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area - Adherence to facility and corporate policies and strict patient confidentiality is required - Attendance at staff meetings and educational sessions expected - Active participation in new program development and ongoing professional growth is encouraged /n /n Requirements/n - Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience required - Current and valid SC PT license required if applicable - Current AHA BLS certification required - Experience in outpatient rehabilitation and with a wide variety of client populations preferred - Ability to perform and document evaluations and treatments per APTA standards /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-600329.
