Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Wilmington, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,963 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Telemetry/Progressive Care RN – North Carolina Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Wilmington, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15), 36 hours per week, every other weekend required Highlights: 13 to 26 week contract assignments available in a dynamic cardiac monitoring unit Patient ratios of 1:6-7 managing cardiac patients with complex conditions including post-cardiac catheterization and cardiac surgery patients Advanced cardiac experience required: interpretation of dysrhythmias, remote monitoring, sheath removal, and titration of cardiac drips including Diltiazem and Amiodarone Work with EPIC EMR and comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Respiratory Services 24 hours of unit orientation provided with flexible self-scheduling per unit needs Opportunity to care for a 42-bed cardiac unit specializing in Congestive Heart Failure, arrhythmias, and cardiac catheterization patients Requirements: Active RN license (North Carolina or Compact state license required at start) Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry AND PCU/Stepdown experience required ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred Demonstrated experience with interpretation of dysrhythmias and remote cardiac monitoring Pre/Post Cardiac Catheterization and Cardiac Surgery experience required Proficiency with sheath removal, port access, blood product administration, central line and PICC line management Experience titrating cardiac drips including Diltiazem and Amiodarone Must pass EKG testing prior to start date Ability to float as needed within the facility based on census and unit requirements First-time travelers welcome; charge experience preferred Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to advance your cardiac nursing expertise in a specialized telemetry and progressive care environment where you'll manage complex cardiac patients using cutting-edge monitoring technology and evidence-based protocols.
