Job Description:
Job Description Milestones is a BCBA owned & operated clinic in
Myrtle Beach, SC. We are an intentionally small organization to
maintain our focus on quality, and we are searching for an
enthusiastic, caring, compassionate behavior analyst to join us!
Our Mission Our mission at Milestones Clinic is to provide quality
services with a focus on prioritizing autonomy, delivering kind and
compassionate care, and disseminating the science of Applied
Behavior Analysis. Prioritizing autonomy , across both learners and
staff. Our programs are focused on following the learners’
motivation and embedding teaching opportunities throughout play.
Milestones recognizes the importance of investing in direct care
staff, and our RBT’s complete an intensive, hands-on training to
prepare them to competency prior to case assignment. We appreciate
the value that a skilled RBT brings to our learners, our families,
our BCBAs, and to the organization. We have created a culture in
which RBT’s confidently communicate across team members and
supervisors, making it easier for BCBA’s to prioritize time and
energy during sessions. All staff are appreciated for their roles,
and understand the importance of providing services with integrity.
Delivering kind and compassionate care, while measuring the impact
of our services. Milestones evaluates quality by surveying our
families and staff throughout the year, and this data drives us
both clinically and administratively. Families provide responses to
specific questions related to treatment outcomes, satisfaction of
services, and additional qualitative information. This allows
Milestones to continually monitor social validity and adjust when
needed. We pride ourselves on ‘televisibility’, and are confident
that our teams are always providing treatment with dignity and
respect. Disseminating our science is an important aspect of our
mission as a BCBA owned company. We know the value of ethical ABA
services, and believe it is our responsibility as BCBA’s to spread
awareness and information. In addition to creating collaborative
relationships with schools, families and other service providers,
Milestones hosts a series of unique interactive workshops over the
summer for school professionals across South Carolina and plan to
offer more options in the future. Our Vision To be a model for
quality ABA service delivery, to assist families waiting for
services, and to be a trusted educational and advocacy resource for
the community we serve. Aligning our practice with our vision
creates a variety of opportunities for creativity and growth within
the company. We are eager to support individuals who are interested
in generating and leading initiatives that uphold this vision. Our

kindness and empathy. Teamwork We communicate and collaborate with
