Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Current valid North Carolina nursing license required. One-year relevant experience, preferred. What You'll Do: What You’ll Do: Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients Monitor complex conditions and perform advanced interventions Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy Respond swiftly to changes using sound clinical judgment Document care accurately and participate in rounds and QI initiatives
