Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/01/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Registered Nurse - CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)/n/n Assignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Day 4x10-Hour shift from 06:15 to 16:45. /n/nJob Description/n We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in CVOR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scrubbed roles for cardiovascular surgeries and have prior experience in a busy operating room environment. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care during surgical procedures, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing post-operative recovery. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Scrub for cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries. /n - Provide individualized patient care. /n - Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. /n - Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as needed. /n - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of a sterile environment. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. /n - 1 year of CVOR experience is necessary, along with 1 year of main OR experience. In the absence of the latter, a minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience is required. /n - Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. /n - Experience in trauma level I facility preferred. /n - Ability to scrub for specific cardiovascular procedures such as CABG, Aortic Aneurysm repair, and TAVR is preferred. /n - Willingness to float to main OR as needed. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
