Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/01/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry - Night Shift/n/n Location/n Not specified /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule or Shift/n Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15) /n/nJob Description/n The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Telemetry unit is responsible for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for those with various cardiac conditions. The role involves monitoring patients’ vital signs, managing cardiac drips, and interpreting dysrhythmias, along with various other essential nursing duties specific to cardiac telemetry and post-surgical care. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Manage patient care in a cardiac telemetry setting /n - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms /n - Administer and titrate cardiac drips as appropriate /n - Conduct assessments and implement care plans /n - Provide post-operative care for cardiac surgeries /n - Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care /n - Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 2 years of experience on a cardiac floor /n - ACLS and BLS certifications required /n - NIHSS certification preferred /n - Experience with arterial line management and cardiac telemetry preferred /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
