Overview: Novant Health is hiring for a Regional Float
registered nurse for the 12 hour night shift at our New Hanover
Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. We’re offering
up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus as well as $7,500 relocation.
Schedule: Full-time, 0.9 FTE, 72 hours per 2 weeks, night shift, 7P

Scheduling and Staffing Office (CSSO) department: We’re seeking a
Regional Float, RN to join our team in our Central Scheduling and
Staffing Office department. As a Regional Float RN, you will play a
crucial role in providing high-quality patient care across multiple
coastal hospitals within our healthcare network. You will serve as
a flexible resource by floating to various coastal hospitals within
our network, including New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Pender
Medical Center, Orthopedic Hospital, Brunswick, and Scott's Hill

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate's
or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Current valid North Carolina
nursing license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American
Red Cross or American Heart Association required. At least three
years of acute nursing experience required. Novant Health is

nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years
or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the
last five years, successful completion of a Board approved
refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating
your license. In order to be considered for current licensure
status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of
completing the refresher course. Responsibilities: Collaborate with
interdisciplinary care team to plan and prioritize care
interventions. Engage in dialogue with patients and support
systems. Mentor and support team members through precepting,
orientation, and conflict resolution. Appropriately delegate tasks
while ensuring patient safety. Float to other units at NHRMC.
