Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Clinic

MLee Healthcare is partnering with a leading health system to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Clinic role. This position is critical for delivering top-tier patient care in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Clinic Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, patient assessments, and care plan management.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care, ensuring clarity in care instructions.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or extended hours as needed.
• Collaboration: Coordinate care and follow-up with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Triage: Assess and prioritize patient care needs based on clinical urgency and guidelines. Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or clinic setting.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Benefits:
