Looking for a flexible role, to set your own schedule, and the chance to earn more as a collaborating physician?Were offering *a one-time signing bonus to South Carolina-based physicians* willing to credential with us, sign our collaborating physician agreement, and fulfill all position requirements. Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.You must be *licensed in and living in South Carolina* in order to qualify.*Interested in in-home visits as well? *Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations, commonly known as Health Risk Assessments, to health plan members.* Pre-scheduled visits with people in their homes* Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability* Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)* Malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments_*Payment is contingent on the signing and execution of the collaborating physician contract/agreement and the fulfillment of all position requirements.
